# Operations Manager **Comfort IT Solutions** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of project execution and day-to-day operations across our ELV, ICT, Security, Automation and related technical projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage multiple projects, engineers, supervisors and site teams while ensuring projects move efficiently from order confirmation to completion, handover and invoice readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead overall project execution and operational performance. Plan and allocate engineers, supervisors, technicians and site teams. Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, site progress and completion. Identify delays and implement recovery plans. Coordinate closely with Sales, Presales, Procurement, Store, T&C, Maintenance and Accounts. Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards. Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure and client handover. Ensure completed projects move quickly to invoice-ready status. Monitor manpower productivity, overtime, rework and operational efficiency. Enforce site safety, quality and company procedures. Conduct regular operational and project review meetings. Provide management with clear visibility of project status, risks and priorities. Resolve routine operational issues independently and escalate only major commercial or management matters. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ELV, ICT, Security Systems, MEP, Systems Integration or Technical Contracting. At least 2 years in a managerial or senior project leadership role . Strong experience managing multiple projects and site teams. Good understanding of manpower planning, procurement coordination, project scheduling and handover. Strong leadership, follow-up and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced contracting environment. Qatar experience strongly preferred. Valid Qatar Driving License. Good communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes ownership, makes decisions and drives execution. The right candidate should be able to identify what is delayed, why it is delayed, who is responsible and what needs to happen next. This is not a coordination-only role. It requires strong operational leadership and accountability. Competitive salary and benefits will be offered based on experience and capability.
