Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at BodyKore Fitness Equipment located in Garden Grove, CA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory and logistics, managing warehouse staff, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, coordinating inboud/outbound logistics, negotiating rates with freight carriers and ensuring efficient production processes. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and implement strategic initiatives. Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience in operations management Knowledge of inventory management and logistics Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Experience in the fitness or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Operations management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
