We're an independent London cycling business with big ambitions, a great team and plenty of opportunities ahead.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of our day-to-day retail and service operations, support our people and help us build a better, stronger business.

What you'll do

• Keep things running: Oversee daily retail, workshop and service operations, making sure
• everything runs smoothly.
• Lead our people: Support, motivate and develop our team, building a positive and accountable working environment.
• Look after our customers: Deliver excellent experiences across sales, servicing and aftersales.
• Make our workshops better: Improve scheduling, workflow, productivity and quality control.
• Drive performance: Improve profitability, efficiency and commercial results through smart
• decisions and data.
• Build better systems: Develop practical processes that make everyone's work easier.
• Solve problems: Take ownership of challenges, find solutions and keep things moving.
• Help us grow: Support new services, partnerships and business opportunities.

Who we're looking for

Someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in getting things right and sees opportunities where others see problems.

You might come from cycling, automotive, specialist retail, hospitality or another service-focused business. Bicycle industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
