The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, teams are well coordinated, deadlines are met, and clients receive high-quality service. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the daily operations of the digital marketing agency. * Coordinate between sales, account management, creative, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and web development teams. * Ensure client projects and campaigns are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements. * Develop and maintain efficient workflows, processes, and internal procedures. * Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance. * Assign tasks and manage workloads across different departments. * Track campaign and project progress and address delays or operational issues. * Coordinate with clients and account managers to ensure requirements are clearly communicated. * Monitor the quality of deliverables before they are presented to clients. * Manage external freelancers, vendors, and service providers when required. * Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management. * Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity. * Support management with budgeting, resource planning, and business growth initiatives. * Handle urgent issues and ensure smooth operations during high-pressure periods. * Maintain a professional, organized, and collaborative working environment. Requirements * 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or creative environment. * Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and services. * Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and client-management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Experience with project management or CRM tools is an advantage. * UAE experience is preferred.
