OPERATIONS MANAGER
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations specializing in painting and waterproofing works . The ideal candidate can manage multiple project sites simultaneously, ensure timely and quality completion, and lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all site operations for painting and waterproofing projects. Manage manpower deployment, materials, and scheduling across multiple project sites. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for project execution. Prepare progress reports and monitor project timelines and budgets. Supervise and motivate site supervisors and workers to meet performance goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with specialization in painting and waterproofing projects. Proven experience managing multiple project sites. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Must be willing to travel or be assigned to various project locations.
