Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee three (3) clusters of Project Managers handling multiple commercial and interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage 3 clusters of Project Managers and project teams. Oversee project delivery, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Monitor project performance, KPIs, manpower, and resource allocation. Resolve operational and project-related issues and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior management. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Qualifications Licensed Civil Engineer 10+ years of construction experience , with strong exposure to fit-out projects . Proven experience managing multiple Project Managers and projects. Experience with a General Contractor is highly preferred. Strong leadership, project management, commercial, and problem-solving skills. Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
