This position will coordinate Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Inspection, Outside Processing (OSP), and Shipping to ensure customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met. Duties - - Oversee production planning, scheduling, WIP, backlog, and customer priorities. - Identify jobs at risk and coordinate recovery plans. - Work with CNC machining, Quality, Inspection, Purchasing, and OSP to resolve production issues. - Review customer POs, drawings, specifications, and flow-down requirements. - Support AS9100 Rev. D compliance and aerospace quality requirements. - Oversee material, purchasing, suppliers, and outside processing. - Maintain accurate production and scheduling information in E2 ERP. - Improve accountability, communication, cross-training, and workflow between departments. - Communicate production status and delivery concerns with customers when necessary. Qualifications - Strong aerospace manufacturing experience. - Leadership or management experience in a CNC machining environment. - Knowledge of CNC milling and turning, production scheduling, and capacity planning. - Understanding of AS9100, GD&T, engineering drawings, inspection, and aerospace quality requirements. - ERP/MRP experience; E2 experience preferred. - Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
