Operations Manager-5707

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead complex technology and infrastructure projects, manage project managers and execution teams, and drive operational excellence and business profitability.

This is a key leadership role involving end-to-end project management, resource planning, financial oversight, and collaboration with strategic clients across data centers, national infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and other complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple complex projects from handover to final delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and field teams.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, resource utilization, and profitability.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Implement operational processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in control systems, low-voltage systems, electrical, or electromechanical fields.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, project portfolio management, or leading teams of project managers.
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and project profitability.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in BMS/BAS, low-voltage systems, smart building technologies, or systems integration.
• Engineering or practical engineering background in Electrical, Control, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Priority.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
