Plan and coordinate material deliveries to project sites. Manage company vehicles, drivers and delivery staff. Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Stores and Accounts teams. Plan delivery schedules based on project requirements. Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors. Negotiate transportation charges and manage logistics costs. Track fuel, vehicle maintenance and transportation expenses. Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and deliveries. Monitor loading, unloading and safe handling of materials. Resolve delivery delays and transportation issues. Maintain logistics reports, vehicle records and delivery documents. Monitor team performance and allocate daily responsibilities. Ensure compliance with company safety and logistics procedures. Report logistics performance and issues to management. Required Skills Strong logistics and operations management skills. Good knowledge of transportation and delivery operations. Vendor and transporter management skills. Good negotiation and communication skills. Strong planning and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics software . Ability to manage multiple deliveries and urgent requirements. Leadership and team management skills. Qualification Any Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field. Experience: 8+ years in Logistics / Transportation / Operations , preferably in Interior, Construction or Trading companies.
