Responsibilities Supervise daily shift activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly during mornings and weekends. Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and support for food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards. Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with health regulations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Control inventory levels, monitor stock replenishment, and assist with food management to minimize waste and optimize resources. Train new staff on food safety procedures, customer service expectations, and operational tasks to foster a skilled team environment. Conduct shift reports, monitor performance metrics, and analyze profit and loss data to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, and food industry regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively. Strong communication skills suitable for managerial roles including interviewing, training & development, and managing hospitality teams. Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis; experience with food production or culinary operations is a plus.
