JOB DESCRIPTION Operations Leader / Process Auditor Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across South India Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month Experience: Minimum 10 years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader / Process Auditor with strong expertise in Retail Operations, Logistics, and Finance. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational processes, conducting audits, identifying gaps, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements across locations in South India. Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor retail operations across multiple locations. Conduct regular process and operational audits at branches/stores and identify gaps. Review and ensure compliance with established SOPs, policies, and operational processes. Monitor inventory, stock movement, logistics, billing, cash handling, and financial processes. Identify operational risks, discrepancies, control weaknesses, and process deviations. Prepare detailed audit reports and provide corrective and preventive action recommendations. Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations. Analyse operational and financial data to identify irregularities and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams for process improvements. Support management in implementing effective internal controls and process standards. Conduct surprise checks and field-level audits whenever required. Travel extensively across South India for audits, operational reviews, and process implementation. Provide regular updates and MIS reports to senior management. Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations, Logistics, Finance, Internal Audit, or Process Audit. Strong understanding of retail operations and supply-chain/logistics processes. Good knowledge of financial controls, reconciliation, billing, cash management, and inventory processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently conduct audits and interact with field teams. Willingness to undertake frequent travel across South India. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong reporting and documentation skills.
