Operations Lead for Lucky Beauty (Plaridel, Bulacan)
JOB SUMMARY The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily stockroom and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate inventory monitoring, timely order processing, and smooth coordination between departments. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, fulfillment productivity, and proper team supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Stockroom Operations Monitor daily stockroom activities and ensure proper stock organization Ensure inventory accuracy and proper monitoring of available, allocated, cancelled, RTS stocks Coordinate stock replenishment and stock transfers as needed Monitor stock discrepancies and ensure immediate resolution and escalation when necessary. Fulfillment Supervision Oversee daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, scanning, and dispatch preparation Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within required timelines Monitor fulfillment productivity and address delays or operational issues immediately Ensure proper coordination between fulfillment, stockroom, and other departments Team Management Supervise fulfillment and stockroom personnel Ensure proper task delegation, attendance monitoring, and team productivity Maintain discipline, professionalism, accountability, and sense of urgency within the team Provide guidance and operational support to team members as needed Coordination & Reporting Coordinate closely with Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail and Customer Service teams Submit timely and accurate operational reports Escalate inventory issues, fulfillment concerns, and operational risks proactively Support implementation of operational improvements and process alignment Systems & Process Compliance Ensure proper use of inventory and fulfillment systems Monitor compliance with company processes and operational procedures Assist in inventory audits, stock counts, and reconciliation activities Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and accuracy QUALIFICATIONS At least Associate Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field Minimum of 1-2 years experience in fulfillment, stockroom, inventory, or operations-related work Experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for inventory monitoring and reporting Familiarity with inventory systems, fulfillment processes, and stock monitoring Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment With strong sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism Willing to work onsite in Plaridel, Bulacan Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Employee discount Application Question(s): What is your salary expectation?
