This role owns airline and hotel booking management, travel authority processing, and visa coordination across multiple geographic locations, ensuring employees and stakeholders travel smoothly, compliantly, and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a working knowledge of international travel requirements and vendor management. Key responsibilities Support the delivery of key operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements. Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution of agreed actions. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, support decision-making, and maintain operational alignment. Monitor operational performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions that enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Prepare and communicate operational reports, insights, and recommendations to support data-driven business decisions. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization to drive collaboration and successful outcomes. Champion process optimization through the implementation of scalable, efficient, and automated ways of working. Develop and maintain operational documentation, governance frameworks, and best-practice standards to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. Manage corporate travel, mobility, and logistics operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, cost control, and an exceptional employee experience. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in travel management, corporate logistics, or operations, including multi-country travel and visa coordination. Demonstrated experience obtaining travel authorities and managing visa applications across multiple countries/regions. Working knowledge of airline and hotel booking systems/platforms and corporate travel policies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure. Problem-solving and crisis management (travel disruptions, urgent visa needs). Stakeholder management across seniority levels and geographies. Budget and cost management.
