Key responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, dealers, and financing partners Research market trends and identify new markets, products, and revenue opportunities Expand distribution channels by recruiting and managing dealers and resellers Generate and manage commercial, institutional, and government accounts Support major project negotiations and key account development Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities Prepare business development reports and recommend strategies for continuous growth About you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field At least 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships Licensed Electrical Engineer (Highly Required) Experience in the renewable energy, construction, distribution, or B2B industry is an advantage Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven track record in developing new markets, strategic partnerships, or corporate accounts Knowledge of strategic planning, market research, financial analysis, CRM systems, and proposal development Results-driven with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
