As an Operations Head, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position. What you'll be doing - Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service delivery - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience - Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous operational excellence - Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations - Lead and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations - Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, projects, and process improvements What we're looking for - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations management role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and performance - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Familiarity with retail industry best practices, including inventory management, customer service, and process optimization - Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field What we offer At Mr. Quickie Corporation, we are committed to creating a rewarding and fulfilling work environment for our employees.
