About the Job

As the Operations Head, you will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, project delivery, and team coordination. You’ll partner with the Mancom to turn agency goals into operational strategies, and make sure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and up to the agency’s premium standard.

What You Will Do

Project management and strategy

• Partner with executive leadership to turn agency goals into operational strategies that support business growth
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, within timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Anticipate execution risks and develop contingency plans for on-time, on-budget campaigns
• Lead and guide department heads and teams, streamline workflows, and allocate resources effectively
• Oversee budget planning, monitor financial metrics, and prepare performance reports
• Track industry trends and client demands to continuously improve agency workflows and service delivery

Clients and suppliers

• Build strong relationships with clients and key suppliers, and take ownership of escalated or sensitive concerns
• Support the Business Development team with pitches, client presentations, and portfolio growth
• Leverage agency volume to secure preferred rates, priority service, and reliable execution from suppliers

Production and implementation

• Direct end-to-end execution of project deliverables, with smooth handoffs between teams
• Serve as final approver of Cost Estimates and client decks, aligned with margin targets, feasibility, and client briefs
• Oversee supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, and awarding of key production contracts
• Manage project budgets, track line-item expenses, and protect profit margins
• Conduct quality control on renders, prototypes, and actual builds
• Troubleshoot complex production issues before and during builds
• Be on the ground during critical ingress/egress and key event setups, leading client servicing and live adjustments

Admin, HR and finance oversight

• Oversee admin, finance, and HR functions to ensure policy compliance and smooth operations
• Take part in hiring and oversee performance management and employee development with HR and department heads
• Monitor schedules, overtime, and attendance, and oversee company policies, memos, and announcements
• Review and approve supplier quotations and operational expenses, and ensure proper liquidation of petty cash
• Oversee warehouse operations, asset tracking, and inventory management
• Take on other operational and strategic responsibilities as directed by the Mancom

What We Are Looking For

• At least 10 years of work experience, with strong experience in an advertising agency , specifically in events, mall activations, and production-heavy executions (not video production, digital, or integrated campaigns only)
• Proven experience leading teams and department heads
• Solid background in budgeting, cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and profit margin management
• Hands-on experience in on-ground execution, including ingress/egress and quality control of builds
• Exposure to admin, HR, and finance oversight
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
