Support emergency preparedness and perform minor repairs while collaborating with school management and contractors. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities for school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas to ensure proper upkeep Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and track rectification progress for timely resolution Supervise cleaning contractors and oversee pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services to maintain hygiene and safety standards Maintain inventory for emergency-preparedness exercises and assist with operational and safety requirements during drills and events Perform minor ad-hoc repair works within school premises to address immediate facility issues Provide security control at the school foyer during school days and events to ensure visitor and student safety Execute additional operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, Administration Manager, and School Leaders Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in school operations to effectively manage facility and operational tasks Ability to multi-task effectively to handle diverse responsibilities simultaneously Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with contractors, school staff, and management Proficiency in English communication to converse clearly with stakeholders Good interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships within the school community Physically fit and healthy to perform manual tasks and maintain active presence on site IET PTE LTD, established in 2015, is a trusted partner in General Contracting and Manpower Supply, serving the construction, aerospace, and railway industries.
