Location: Singapore Job Type: Full-time/Part time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to improve business processes, operational performance, and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Review workflows and identify efficiency opportunities. Develop and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics. Standardize processes, procedures, and best practices. Work with teams to implement process improvements. Analyze performance data and prepare management reports. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Experience in operations, process improvement, business excellence, or a related role. Strong understanding of process improvement and operational performance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
