# Operations Engineer – Fire & Security Systems **FIRE STONE FIRE & SAFETY** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Operations Engineer – Fire & Security Systems to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of both the Projects and Maintenance Departments . The candidate will be responsible for project execution, maintenance operations, manpower coordination, client communication, site activities, and overall operational follow-up. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate daily operations of the Fire & Security Projects and Maintenance Departments . - Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. - Monitor project progress and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion. - Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and site requirements. - Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. - Oversee works related to Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Fire Pump, Fire Protection, CCTV, Access Control, and other Fire & Security Systems . - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled. - Follow up on breakdowns, service requests, client complaints, emergency calls, and pending works. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, work quality, manpower, and operational requirements. - Ensure proper reporting and communication of project and maintenance updates to management. - Review and follow up on work orders, service reports, completion documents, quotations, and invoices. - Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, authority requirements, and rectification works where applicable. - Monitor the performance and productivity of engineers and technicians. - Handle client concerns and ensure timely coordination and resolution. - Prepare regular operational reports for management. - Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in Fire & Security Systems. - Strong experience in both Projects and Maintenance operations . - Good technical knowledge of Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Fire Pump, CCTV, Access Control, and related systems . - Experience managing engineers, technicians, and site teams. - Strong project coordination, maintenance management, and follow-up skills. - Good knowledge of project and maintenance documentation. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and maintenance activities simultaneously. - Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting. - UAE Driving License is preferred. - Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
