# Operations Engineer - Elevators **Nasco Trading LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Purpose NASCO Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Engineer (Customer Solution) – Elevators to manage and coordinate elevator projects from technical coordination and installation through testing, commissioning, handover and after-sales support. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and in accordance with technical and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities · Manage and coordinate elevator installation, modernization, testing, commissioning and final handover activities. · Review project requirements, technical specifications, drawings and site conditions to develop and implement suitable technical solutions. · Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, installation quality, safety, manpower, materials and site readiness . · Review and coordinate shop drawings, installation layouts, technical submissions, material approvals and another project documentation . · Identify technical, site and operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions to minimize delays and rework. · Coordinate material requirements, procurement, deliveries and required third-party approvals to support project schedules. · Monitor project milestones and ensure installation and commissioning activities are completed within agreed timelines. · Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal departments to resolve technical and project-related matters. · Attend client and project meetings and maintain professional communication while providing clear updates on project status and requirements. · Support warranty, after-sales and post-handover technical requirements , ensuring customer concerns are followed through to resolution. · Support variation orders, additional works and technical changes, and communicate relevant commercial or project opportunities to management. · Prepare and submit regular reports covering project progress, manpower, materials, delays, technical issues, commissioning status and customer concerns . · Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely updates of SAP or relevant ERP/project management systems . · Ensure all project activities comply with applicable safety, quality, engineering, technical and project requirements . Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of UAE elevator industry experience . Strong experience in elevator installation, testing and commissioning . Experience in new installation, major projects and/or modernization projects. Strong site coordination, manpower management and project execution experience. Excellent English communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously. Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory. SAP or other ERP/project management system experience will be an advantage. Hindi language skills will be an added advantage.
