Flow Meter Testing Supervision Team Supervision: Supervise and direct the team conducting standard operational and functional testing on flow meters. Testing Protocol: Ensure all flow meter testing procedures follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical guidelines, and safety requirements. 2. Flow Meter Test Results & Data Management Result Interpretation: Interpret and analyze flow meter test outputs to evaluate functional performance, volumetric consistency, pressure/flow response, and operational parameters. Record Keeping & Handling: Organize, manage, and systematically store test records, inspection logs, and historical performance databases to ensure complete data integrity and traceability. 3. Pump & Motor Cleaning, Testing & Recommendations Team Supervision: Supervise technical staff performing the disassembly, cleaning, routine maintenance, and functional testing of pumps and electric motors. Test Interpretation: Interpret pump performance test results (e.g., pressure output, flow rates, electrical current draw, vibration, and head/flow performance curves). Actionable Recommendations: Recommend necessary courses of action based on test outcomes (e.g., component repair, mechanical seal overhaul, motor servicing, or equipment replacement). 4. Booster System Assembly & Troubleshooting Panel Assembly: Direct and participate in the mechanical and electrical assembly of booster control panels, including component layout, wiring and terminal connections according to schematic diagrams. System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical, control circuit, and logic faults in booster control panels as needed to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of electrical circuits Knowledge of pumps and motors, energy efficiency concepts Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control logic diagrams. Preferably with hands-on experience in assembling or troubleshooting industrial control panels. With basic skills in data entry, spreadsheet management, and structured record-keeping for test documentation.
