Our client, an important multinational provider of catering services and facility management solutions, is currently looking for an:

Operations Director - Gulf Region

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-country operations across the region
• Ensure operational excellence, service quality, and HSE compliance
• Deliver financial targets through effective P&L and contract management
• Develop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead operational mobilizations, transitions, and transformation initiatives
• Drive business growth, profitability, and continuous improvement
• Build and develop high-performing multicultural teams
• Execute regional strategies and ensure alignment across operational locations

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in international operations management. At least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-country leadership role
• Proven track record managing large-scale operations, service contracts, and multicultural teams across multiple geographies
• Experience within international, multi-country service organizations
• Background in Offshore, Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, Industrial Services, or related sectors
• Exposure to Middle East/GCC markets
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and operational performance as well as knowledge of contract management and commercial risk control
• Experience with mobilization, transition, and operational transformation projects
• Sound knowledge of HSE standards and best practices
• English fluent

Compensation package : approximately 480.000 AED

The overall compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
