Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Director to lead and optimize our organizational processes, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Lead, supervise, and mentor management teams to cultivate a motivated, accountable, and high-performing workforce. - Implement robust management systems to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives. - Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and maximize operational output. - Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging process improvements and leveraging new technologies. - Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by communicating operational updates, resolving issues promptly, and supporting organizational change initiatives. Skills - Proven supervising experience with a track record of leading a team of Engineers effectively. - Strong people management skills. - Strong vending/coffee machine experience (or electrical/engineering) -but can be taught. - Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire teams, promote collaboration, and drive results. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff at all levels and presenting complex information clearly. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
