# Operations Coordinator – Security Systems & Electrical **Cti Business Solutions** · Dundalk, County Louth · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the Role CTI is looking for an organised and technically minded Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dundalk. We specialise in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Gate and Barrier systems , working across a range of commercial and construction projects. This is not a standard administration position. We are looking for someone who can combine strong organisational and administrative skills with a good technical understanding. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team, engineers, subcontractors, customers and suppliers to coordinate day-to-day works and help ensure jobs are properly managed from initial instruction through to completion. Experience within the electrical, construction, security, engineering, facilities or another technical industry would be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of engineers and subcontractors. - Manage works and contracts from initial instruction through to completion. - Assist with the coordination of reactive service calls and planned works. - Manage service and maintenance contracts , including scheduling planned visits, tracking outstanding works and ensuring contractual requirements are completed. - Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for site works and projects. - Review engineers' job reports and follow up on outstanding actions and recommendations. - Prepare customer reports, completion documentation, handover packs, O&M information and other project documentation. - Order equipment and materials required for upcoming works. - Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and deliveries. - Ensure engineers have the correct equipment, information and materials before attending site. - Liaise with customers regarding appointments, progress updates and outstanding works. - Assist management with quotations and pricing for smaller works. - Maintain accurate job, service and project records. - Follow jobs through to completion and ensure outstanding items are closed out. - Provide general administrative and operational support to the management team. The Person We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident and technically minded , with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at the same time. You should be comfortable communicating with engineers, customers, suppliers and contractors and be capable of taking responsibility for a job and driving it through to completion. Previous experience in one or more of the following would be particularly beneficial: - Electrical contracting - Construction - Security systems - Facilities management - Engineering - Technical service/maintenance - Contract or project administration - Service coordination Direct experience with CCTV, access control or security systems would be an advantage but is not essential , as training can be provided. Skills & Experience - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Good general computer skills, including Microsoft Office. - Ability to prepare professional reports and documentation. - Comfortable working with technical information. - Experience preparing RAMS or construction/site documentation would be advantageous. - Experience coordinating engineers, technicians or tradespeople would be advantageous. - Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple ongoing jobs. - Good attention to detail. - A practical, problem-solving approach. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work. As your technical knowledge and experience within CTI develops, there will be an opportunity to take greater responsibility for managing contracts, customers and projects independently .
