Role overview You will keep the moving parts of a UK business joined up. You will track tasks, chase suppliers and teams, and make sure processes run on time and to standard. Key responsibilities - Coordinate daily tasks across teams and suppliers - Track orders, deadlines and deliverables - Maintain process documents and checklists - Prepare weekly operations updates for managers - Spot bottlenecks and suggest practical fixes What you'll need - Experience in operations, coordination or office management - Experience with a project or workflow tool such as Asana or Monday.com - Strong written English and attention to detail - Proven follow-through on multiple deadlines - A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection Nice to have - Experience in e-commerce or service operations - Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets reporting - Experience writing simple process documents What's on offer This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
