The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating between the office,site teams,purchase,joinery,electrical,plumbing,painting and other project teams to ensure activities are properly planned, followed up and completed on schedule. Key Responsibilities: 1) Assist with site visits and record project requitrements andsite updates. 2) Support the preparation of quotations,BOQs, and material requirements based on project information. 3) Monitor ongoing activities and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager. 4) Assist in identifying delays,pending requirements and coordination issues and escalate them to the Operations Manager. 5)Coordinate with suppliers,subcontractors and internal teams as required. 6)Support the Operation Manager in ensuring projects progress according to the planned schedule. Candidate Requirements: 1) Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project coordination is preffered. 2) Good organizational and coordination skills. 3) Good understanding of interior fit-out activities and construction process. 4) Ability to communicate effectively with site teams,suppliers and internal departments. 5)Basic understanding of BOQs,quotations,materials,and project schedules. 6) Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel. 7) Ability to multitask and follow up on multiple activities. 8) Proactive,responsible and willing to learn. 9) UAE experience in interior fitout or construction will be an advantage. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Experience: - operation coordination(interior fitout): 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: - UAE driving lisence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
