Position: Operations Manager (HVAC/Chiller System) Industry: Engineering Industry Location: Pasig City Schedule: Monday - Friday Salary: Php 80,000 gross- Php 100,000 gross (Open for negotiable) Work Type: Full time Employment BENEFITS: Travel Allowances (Gas, and Transportation) Communication Allowance Rice Allowance Life Insurance Coverage Complete Government-Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) Other benefits is upon discussion with the HR REQUIREMENTS: Open to graduates of any course, with relevant experience in HVAC or Chiller systems Has at least 2 - 3 years related experience Knowledgeable in Chiller operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance Must have a valid Driver's License Proven leadership background in managing service operations and field technicians KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily field operations, service dispatching, and maintenance schedules for Chiller and HVAC systems Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs Diagnose complex Chiller issues and provide technical guidance for equipment installation and overhauls Manage client accounts, address technical inquiries, and ensure overall service satisfaction Coordinate travel routes and manage operational logistics for field assignments RECRUITMENT PROCESS (ONSITE INTERVIEW): Initial Interview Second Interview Final Interview Job Offer Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
