Present site status, performance updates, risks, and key decisions to Senior Management and relevant stakeholders. Comply with established management communication, governance, and reporting standards. Ensure appropriate resources, capabilities, and processes are in place to support effective delivery. Track and report overall site efficiency to headquarters and customers. Ensure teams perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with planned schedules and service requirements. Ensure timely restoration of services in accordance with agreed service levels following fault notifications. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution. Review monthly savings reports with internal teams and customers to ensure timely validation and invoice submission. Lead resource planning and workforce scheduling across project activities. Assemble, coordinate, and manage project teams to ensure effective allocation of resources. Review team performance and lead the resolution of escalated issues and operational challenges. Drive continuous improvement through clear action plans, ownership, and defined timelines. Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to teams to strengthen execution capability and accountability. Promote and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures Support hiring, recruitment, onboarding, and training requirements for project and installation teams. Solutions Management Support Country Sales teams in customer engagement, contract discussions, and operational alignment. Review and analyse customer requirements, site conditions, technical information, and operational data to support project planning and decision-making. Evaluate energy audit findings, optimisation plans, and risk assessments to ensure technical robustness and commercial viability. Ensure estimated project costs are competitive, realistic, and closely aligned with actual execution costs. Review proposed energy savings, project costs, and technical assumptions with headquarters and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and submit final proposals and cost recommendations to Senior Management for approval. Plan, facilitate, and support performance fine-tuning activities to achieve agreed energy savings targets. Monitor site health, operational performance, and system efficiency on an ongoing basis. Project Management Provide overall leadership and accountability for projects executed by the project management team. Lead the planning and implementation of projects across assigned geographical areas, including but not limited to the Philippines, ensuring programmes remain on schedule and within scope. Align with stakeholders on project definitions, scope, priorities, and success criteria. Resolve resource conflicts, remove execution barriers, and support teams in achieving project objectives. Review internal project timelines with the project team and provide support to ensure delivery milestones are achieved. Ensure project delivery complies with client specifications, contractual obligations, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure appropriate risk management analysis is conducted and mitigation plans are established for all project implementations. Support the selection, qualification, and ongoing performance monitoring of third-party vendors and subcontractors. Manage project budgets, conduct project evaluations, and assess outcomes against agreed objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience managing large-scale HVAC, construction, or energy management projects, preferably across Asia. Experience in industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data centre environments will be an advantage. Project management certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent will be an advantage. Strong working knowledge of project controls, including cost management, schedule development, and financial assessment. Strong leadership, technical, customer management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business disciplines to deliver practical and commercially sound solutions. Willingness and ability to travel and support remote project locations for extended periods within the Philippines. Proven experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Pay raise Work Location: In person
