We are looking for a dedicated Operations and Risk Analyst to join our team and help us maintain and improve our risk management processes. Job Description: We’re looking for highly organised and detail oriented individual to join our trading operations and risk team. This role is built combines hands-on experience in real time trading and risk platforms that underpin our global trading operations along with administrative oversight of risk procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build expertise across TT (Trading Technologies), Stellar, Clearisk and more — systems critical to ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of our trading business. Key responsibilities: Live Market Operations: Monitor real-time trader positions, orders, limits, and exposure across TT, Stellar CQG – three advanced trading platforms. Support emergency overrides and ensure seamless platform operations in high-volatility scenarios. Exchange Interface Management: Interact directly with exchanges and brokers, execute position closeouts, and handle firm-level risk adjustments on Eurex GUI, RJO GUI and CME FirmSoft. Emergency Risk Response: Take immediate action during system failures or margin breaches — flattening positions, cancelling orders or transferring trades Onboarding & Configuration: Set up new trader accounts with correct permissions, limits, and exchange access. Ensure compliance with firm policy and regulatory standards. Trade Reconciliation & Margin Monitoring (Clearisk): Handle billing, margin tracking, and end-of-day reconciliation using Clearisk — a tool with a steep learning curve but critical value What you’ll bring: MUST have minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a trading operations or risk management role. MUST have proven experience of trading platforms (TT, Stellar) and Clearisk . Additionally, ability to work with various risk software applications: Eurex GUI, CME FirmSoft Familiarity with exchange and broker systems, including real-time data interfaces and risk dashboards Emergency response capability for flattening positions, moving trades, and assisting traders in live markets Soft & Business Skills Exceptional attention to detail, reliability and crisis management during market or technical disruption Clear and effective communication skills to communicate with traders, brokers, and internal teams Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive trading and financial data You’ll work closely with traders and risk teams to ensure trades run smoothly, risk is managed proactively, and technical failures are mitigated instantly.
