About This Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations & Performance Analyst to support the continuous evolution of our operations through data-driven insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role acts as a bridge between Operations, Commercial, Product, Finance, Customer Support, IT, and external partners, helping transform business challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills, thrives in dynamic environments, and has a passion for operational excellence, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Based on data analysis, process governance, and stakeholder engagement, the Operations & Performance Analyst will contribute to strategic initiatives, performance monitoring, operational controls, and the development of actionable insights that drive business growth. Responsibilities: Drive operational performance through data analysis, KPI management, and actionable business insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support decision-making and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer and operational outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and operational improvements. Lead and support projects from planning through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful execution. Strengthen operational governance through performance monitoring, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and control management. Analyze operational performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Develop dashboards, reports, and business analyses to support decision-making. Transform operational data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields. Experience in Operations, Business Operations, Performance Management, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, or related functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools. Experience creating dashboards and performance reports (Power BI). Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced English proficiency is required.
