The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in home appliances, retail, distribution, or warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations, logistics, and supply chain activities. Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of home appliances. Coordinate purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, and delivery operations. Monitor stock levels, product availability, and inventory accuracy. Plan and coordinate deliveries, transportation, and distribution schedules. Supervise warehouse, logistics, and operations staff. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, showrooms, and business locations. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies. Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Implement inventory control procedures to reduce stock discrepancies and losses. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of home appliances. Coordinate product installation, delivery support, and after-sales service when required. Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations and logistics reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards. Resolve logistics issues, delivery delays, and operational challenges. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational activities. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management. Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, retail, or distribution is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations. Experience in managing teams and coordinating daily operations. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Qatar market logistics and distribution is an advantage. Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
