This role involves reviewing operational data, preparing reports, identifying issues in existing processes, and collaborating with different departments to resolve these issues. You will work closely with our operations, finance, compliance, and technology teams to ensure the accuracy of information and that business activities function as expected. We are looking for someone detail oriented, skilled at handling data, and able to clearly interpret analytical results. Key Responsibilities Review daily operational reports and monitor key business metrics, including transaction volume, processing time, pending cases, and operational errors. Collect, organize, and analyze internal system data to identify trends, discrepancies, and recurring issues. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the operations management team. Work with the finance and payments operations teams to investigate transaction discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and processing delays. Track operational events and follow up with relevant departments until issues are resolved. Maintain accurate records, internal spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational documentation. Assist in updating standard operating procedures and improving existing workflows. Coordinate with the compliance and risk teams when operational issues require further review. Support the implementation of new internal tools, reporting systems, and process changes. Monitor incomplete tasks and ensure that significant operational issues are escalated to management when necessary. Help evaluate the effectiveness of operational improvements by tracking changes in results and performance over time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-6 years of work experience in operations, business analytics, financial services, or a similar role. Experience in fintech, digital payments, financial services, or technology companies is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred. Able to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and present findings in a clear and organized manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with different deadlines simultaneously. Able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams. Experience in transaction monitoring, payment reconciliation, or operational reporting is preferred. Job Responsibilities Most of the time will be spent reviewing reports, examining data, following up on unresolved issues, and coordinating with colleagues across different departments. Some tasks are routine, while others involve investigating unexpected outcomes or assisting management in understanding why processes are not functioning as expected. You will be required to raise questions when information is unclear, document your findings, and communicate promptly before issues impact other departments within the company. This is an analytics and operations support role, not a sales role. The focus is on accuracy, problem-solving skills, and assisting the operations team in making informed decisions.
