Overview of the Role This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity within our Admin and Operations Team. We are looking for an individual with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and most importantly, a willingness to learn. In this role, you will be working closely with internal departments and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and efficiency across day-to-day business activities. We are looking for someone who has focus, ambition, drive, and a desire to grow and develop within the company long-term. The hours will be 8:30am-5pm; Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch period. Holiday entitlement is 28 days plus bank holidays. Core Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide quotations and lead times Provide customers with regular order progress updates Attend meetings with customers (mainly via Teams) Answer the telephone/general email enquiries Procurement: Secure purchase pricing Raise purchase orders Liaise with suppliers regularly to maintain accurate ship dates and to ensure delivery deadlines are met Operations: Update order tracking systems and maintain accurate digital filing system Liaise with other departments to fulfil orders Finance: Raise sales invoices Post supplier invoices Send out statement of accounts Skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative support functions Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Strong typing skills for efficient document processing Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Company pension Free parking Life insurance Ability to commute/relocate: High Wycombe HP12 3TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): Please confirm that you understand this role does not offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, and that you will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
