OPERATIONS ADMIN INTERN We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist our operations manager in Paris and get involved across operations, customer experience, logistics and the day-to-day running of the business. ROLE Assisting day-to-day order fulfilment, from processing to dispatch Assisting with inventory management, stock counts and stock updates Supporting shipping & logistics, including tracking and resolving delivery issues Assisting with showroom merchandising and preparing the space for private viewings Supporting the team with reporting, organisation and day-to-day projects Contributing to new projects and helping improve our operational processes Supporting our customer service team with enquiries, orders and customer experience WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, reliable and eager to learn Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once Fluent in English Lieu du poste : En présentiel
