With 3–5 years of experience in electromechanical services, generator sets, industrial equipment, motor repair/maintenance, or a related industrial field. With previous experience in a Supervisory, Officer, Team Leader, or similar leadership role . Demonstrates strong leadership and people-management skills and has the potential to lead and develop a technical team. Knowledgeable in generator sets, electrical and mechanical systems, motor repair/maintenance, troubleshooting, and electromechanical services . Able to supervise daily shop operations, manpower allocation, work schedules, job assignments, and work progress . Capable of monitoring work quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with established procedures. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and coordination skills. Willing to work in a hands-on industrial/shop environment and coordinate with technical and field service teams. Must be organized, results-oriented, and capable of handling multiple shop activities and priorities . Willing to work Monday to Saturday and report to the assigned shop/work location. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
