Operation Supervisor
Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience in employee operations, staff supervision and reports generation. Job Description Approves attendance related requests, work schedules and timesheets Conducts periodic evaluations, prepares performance reports, issues and other activities, and keeps management informed on issues and problems Supervises the weekly activities of all teams by providing guidance and leadership to employees to ensure that operational targets are met Ensures that employees adhere to policies and procedures, are kept motivated, receive appropriate coaching, information, and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job. Conduct rounds as a roving supervisor and coordinates with employees any operational instructions from the management. Performs other related operational duties and staff supervision.
