Target Background : Almeera supplier operation, Lulu FMCG operation, Ali Bin Ali, Almarai Qatar Job Responsibilities Take full charge of onsite operation for 70 Almeera stores Maintain high-level communication and stable cooperation with Almeera procurement & operation teams Control overall store stock level, out-of-stock rate, goods damage, and expiry loss Handle supermarket deductions, returns, disputes, and customer complaints Lead the local expatriate team and coordinate daily work with China management KPI Overall store stockout rate below 2% Total product loss and expiry loss controlled within 1.5% All operational issues closed within 72 hours Zero customs compliance failure Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
