Coordinate with suppliers, printing houses, workshops, and fabricators. Supervise the production and execution of Events, Booths, Stands, Activations, Giveaways, Printing, and Exhibition Production, Branding & Installation . Ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality and cost. Follow up on production, installation, and final project delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve production issues efficiently. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Events, Exhibitions, or BTL Advertising. Strong experience in Events, Booths, Stands, Activations, Giveaways, Printing, and Exhibition Production, Branding & Installation . Strong supplier and contractor management experience. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-site during events when required. Very good command of English. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
