Operations Manager – Piling We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Piling to oversee and manage piling and foundation operations across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day piling and foundation operations and project execution. Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources. Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and operational costs. Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and site teams. Ensure piling works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards. Monitor piling equipment utilization, maintenance, and productivity. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Prepare regular operational and progress reports for senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in piling, foundation, or civil construction. Minimum 5 years in a managerial/operations role in the piling industry. Strong knowledge of bored piling, CFA, driven piling, shoring, secant piling, and related foundation works. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and large teams. Work Location: In person
