# Operation Manager/Lead (Senior Living/Elderly Home) Bursa PLC- KLCC **AG STAFFING** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Operation Leader / Chief Team Leader Job Description - Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality service delivery - Leading and coordinating the operational team, monitoring service standards, managing daily activities, preventive maintenance and ensuring the comfort, safety and satisfaction of guests/residents. - Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the facility. - Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Lead and coordinate the operations team, nurses, outsourced contractors, service providers or any others. - Handle minor staff issues and escalate serious matters to management / HR if necessary - Maintain good communication with family members when required. - Handle feedback, requests and complaint professionally. - Ensure appropriate escalation to healthcare professionals or emergency services when necessary. - Monitor and prepare budget and forecast reports for Management’s review. - Be responsible for the emergency call system and take the necessary action promptly when an emergency call is received. - Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team during potential client visits and ensure a positive and professional experience. - Plan and organise engaging community and social activities for guests and residents to enhance their overall experience and well-being. Working experience Min 5 years and above Education / Working Industry - Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operation Management or related field - Experience in hospitality, senior living, hotel operations, retirement communities or similar field - Mature, patient and professional when dealing with elderly guests/ residents and their families Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
