MAINT LLC** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Experience& Requirements: - 2–4 years of relevant experience in electromechanical operations, preferably in HVAC, MEP projects, or maintenance.valid UAE driving licence and be able to travel to project sites, workshops, and other company locations as required by management. Responsibilities: - Manage daily electromechanical operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance activities. - Plan and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and clients. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works. - Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. - Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources efficiently. - Monitor operational costs, material usage, and project budgets. - Inspect completed works to ensure quality and technical compliance. - Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management. - Supervise employee performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline. - Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely material availability. - Ensure proper maintenance of company tools, equipment, and machinery. - Handle client complaints and coordinate technical solutions.Report operational challenges and recommend improvements to management. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
