# OPERATION MANAGER ELECTRICAL ENGINEER **Lythaus Lighting Supply** · Malabon · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Lead and supervise the construction operations team including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization Oversee electrical installation works and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants regarding project requirements and updates Review project designs, cost estimates, and technical documents Ensure quality control and safety compliance across all project sites Monitor project budgets, control costs, and approve operational expenses Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Resolve operational issues, delays, and technical concerns Prepare and submit project reports to top management Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred but not required) At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in an electrical contracting company or construction firm Proven experience in handling multiple construction projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of electrical codes, construction standards, and safety regulations Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications BENEFITS & PERKS: Mandated Benefits Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Coverage/upon regularization Prestigious Project Exposure Opportunity to gain valuable industry experience working with leading real estate developers such as Ayala Land, Inc. and Ayala Land Premier, among other premier property firms Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
