This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing and optimising our manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement across our operational functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant strategic impact on the company's operational performance and competitiveness in the logistics and manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations including production schedules, inventory management, and logistics coordination Manage and supervise operational teams, ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and performing to required standards Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products and services Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements Manage vendor relationships and supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability of materials and services Prepare operational reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management Identify opportunities for process optimisation and lead the implementation of operational improvements Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Manage operational budgets and control costs whilst maintaining service quality What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and improving efficiency and productivity Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Proficiency in operating systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and data analysis tools Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing and logistics Certification in operations management or supply chain management (e.g. APICS CSCP, IIBA) is preferred Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous What we offer Ezertech Corporation is committed to providing a rewarding work environment for our employees.
