Operation Manager
An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing a company's day-to-day operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills to drive efficiency, improve performance, and ensure smooth operations. Oversee and manage Business Operation to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Conduct regular reviews of operational performance and adjust strategies as needed. Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Monitor and manage risks to minimize their impact on the business. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues. QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a Sales and Logistics industry . Strong leadership and team management skills and or ability to manage team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Computer. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and organized. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
