Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operational activities across departments to ensure seamless workflow and high performance. Oversee profit & loss responsibilities, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction. Supervise team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and high-performing workforce. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality standards. Continuously evaluate operational procedures for process improvement opportunities, implementing best practices across the organization. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue streams and improve client retention. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong track record in leading teams within a fast-paced environment. Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Solid understanding of profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budgeting processes. Experience supervising staff members across multiple functions with a focus on process improvement initiatives. Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies. Excellent communication skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges proactively.
