PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Operation Management Trainee Program 2026 is a 12-month intensive development program designed for MBA graduates with 0–3 years of experience who are passionate about building a career in agricultural supply chain, business operations and management. During the first six months, selected candidates will receive structured training across key business operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing and product categories such as coffee, spices and edible nuts. During the following six months, trainees will participate in live business projects, applying their knowledge to real operational challenges while receiving guidance and coaching from experienced managers. Successful participants will be prepared for future managerial and leadership responsibilities within the organization, subject to individual performance and business requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in structured training across supply chain, manufacturing and business operations. Gain exposure to different product categories and operational functions. Support business analysis, operational planning and process improvement initiatives. Participate in live projects and propose practical solutions to business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managers and senior business leaders. Present project findings, recommendations and business outcomes. Demonstrate ownership, adaptability and readiness to work across different operating locations. Complete performance reviews and development milestones throughout the program. REQUIREMENTS Candidates must have completed all academic requirements for an MBA or a Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Agribusiness, International Business or another closely related field through full-time study entirely overseas. *Candidates who have completed all graduation requirements and are awaiting official degree issuance are also eligible. 0–3 years of professional experience in business or a related field. Professional proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English. Strong interest in agricultural supply chain, business operations and management. Willingness to relocate or work at different operating locations across Vietnam. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition, adaptability and a strong sense of ownership. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
