Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: OpenShift Administrator (RedHat) Responsibilities: Installing, managing & maintaining OpenShift Infrastructure - ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift) and on-premise OpenShift. There are multiple OpenShift clusters to manage across virtual, and cloud environments (installation, configuration, upgrades etc.) Monitoring and optimising performance, capacity and availability of OpenShift environments Acting as the 2nd Line of Support in the area of OpenShift, container orchestration, networking, storage, security and other aspects of the OpenShift environment Participating in standby duty (on-call rotation) for 24/7 support for critical production systems Producing documentation related to support, administration, maintenance and evolution of the ARO & OpenShift infrastructure, such as Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, guides, release notes, policies, checklists, workflows, presentations, proposals and others Supporting OpenShift AppDev (ie. containerizing apps and moving them onto OpenShift) Researching, preparing and implementing possible changes to OpenShift enviroment resulting in increased automation of tasks, efficiency, effectiveness, confidentiality, integrity, availability, compliance and reliability Producing documentation related to support, administration, maintenance and evolution of the OpenShift infrastructure, such as Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, guides, release notes, policies, checklists, workflows, presentations, proposals and others Researching, preparing and implementing possible changes to ARO & OpenShift environment resulting in increased automation of tasks, efficiency, effectiveness, confidentiality, integrity, availability, compliance and reliability Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Linux system administrator, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Minimum 3 years experience directly working in an OpenShift environment Expertise in container orchestration frameworks such as OpenShift Experience working unassisted and guiding junior staff Experience writing specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation; communicates effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters Service-oriented attitude and well developed interpersonal skills Organizational skills and ability for multi-tasking in a highly demanding environment Initiative and responsibility for the assigned areas of work Accuracy and attention to detail Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
