Fresh graduate is welcome to apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment Posses Own transport Responsibility Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and end-user IT issues. Handle technical issues independently and provide support for complex or escalated cases Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. Attend assigned incidents and service requests and ensure timely resolution according to SLA requirements. Perform regular system checking based on schedule provided. Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference Generate and review reports on system performance and support activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security.
