# Online Sales Manager – Retail **Al Shaheen Est** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Drive online sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Manage the company website, marketplaces, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Rafeeq, and other online channels. - Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online catalogue. - Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/store teams to maintain accurate inventory. - Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and refunds. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Plan and coordinate digital marketing and promotional campaigns. - Monitor sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and other e-commerce KPIs. - Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management. - Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and new online sales opportunities. - Coordinate with IT, SAP/ERP, Accounts, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and delivery partners. - Lead and monitor the e-commerce team, set targets, and improve team performance. - Develop and improve e-commerce processes to increase sales, efficiency, and customer experience.
