The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with freelance platforms, lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and converting opportunities into successful projects. - Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , and other freelance platforms. - Research client requirements and create customized, persuasive proposals. - Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. - Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful deals. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. - Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and opportunities within the IT and web development industry. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, business development, lead generation, or a similar role. - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , or similar marketplaces. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . - Good understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and digital services . - Strong proposal-writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work. - Comfortable working with US/international time zones . - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
